Leadership Columbia, a program of the Columbia Chamber presented by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, brings together emerging and established leaders from across the Midlands for an immersive, 10-month leadership experience. Michael is one of just 58 individuals chosen for this year's class.
Candidates are selected through a competitive process, with separate panels of Leadership Columbia alumni scoring applications and interviews. Selection is based on: ✓ Civic involvement ✓ Leadership potential ✓ Diversity of perspective ✓ Commitment to the program and the community
Over the next 10 months, the class will take part in monthly class day sessions, a retreat, a class project, and a range of enrichment activities designed to give participants a behind-the-scenes look at what makes the Midlands such a unique place to live and work.
